Phil Arms Inc. (PAI) is a management firm that provides professional security operations & consultancy services. The company is manned by a team of highly qualified & professional individuals having expertise on:

Established in 1999, the company has evolved from a shooting range & licensed arms trader to a diversified security consultancy firm. It manages six (6) security agencies nationwide and a training school. PAI also has affiliate companies engaged in armored vehicle services catering to banks and other commercial establishments.

Regionalization system of functions (Luzon area and Visayas/Mindanao area) was established in 2009 to effectively monitor and control of operations. This involves setting up of an internet-based communications linkage and investment of technology including computer hardware & software.

PAI has a total manpower of 15 regular employees and consultants, handling more than 2,000 security personnel & agency staff. Key officers are:

  • PAI Management conducts Inspection Tours., On February 2-9, 2009, the top management of Phil Arms Inc. conducted an inspection tour to the various detachments of its agency-clients in Visayas (Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo) & Mindanao (Davao City, Guihing, Malita). Aside from inspection, the purpose of the trip was to meet with the clients and took the opportunity to discuss various security concerns. This is in line with the thrust of management for customer satisfaction & be acquainted with the clients, and to keep in touch with the guards on the field.

  • NGSSC Team Building & Asset Protection Trainings. Last March 16-20, 2009, a Team Building & Asset Protection Training Seminar was conducted at the SMBI Plant Bacolod under the FESAGS, SMB Security Group and the NGSSC officers. A total of 63 security guards and officers from different detachments participated in the team building training while 38 selected guards were trained for the Asset Protection & VIP Escort.

  • DISSCOR Team Building. A Team Building Seminar was conducted May 18-20, 2009 at the San Miguel Beer Polo Plant to enhance the camaraderie, teamwork and unity among the security personnel.

  • Luzon VIP Escort Training. This training on May 22-23, 2009 at Tarlac was conceived to create a special core of security professionals from DISSCOR and SISAI to be assigned to escort and protect VIPs. A team of 6 SO's from each agency comprise the group. From this core group, they will cascade the learned skills to the other guards at their respective detachments.

  • PAI Managers & Supervisors Training. As part of its mandate to professionalize the security group, the Phil Arms Inc. conducted a Managers & Supervisors Training Seminar last June 25 - 27, 2009 at Eden's Nature Park, Davao City. This training is aimed at augmenting and developing the skills of the different agency's management & supervisory staff. This is a manifestation of the Phil Arms Group to enhance the skills and capability of the guards and the management staff as security professionals.

  • PADPAO-ASTAP Investigation Seminar held last July 25, 2009 at Camp Crame was attended by more than 120 practitioners from various PSTCs and PSAs, of which 19 security officers were from DISSCOR, SMII, SISAI & SMSSC/NGSSC. This seminar was sponsored by the Accredited Security Trainors Association of the Phils. (ASTAP) of which Phil. Arms Training Institute Inc. (PATII) is an active member. This aims to improve the skills of security officers in crime scene & security investigation and report writing.

  • VisMin VIP Escort Training. After Luzon area, VIP Escort Trainings will likewise be conducted for Visayas (Cebu) and Mindanao (Davao). Details will be announced at a later date.
